FORT WAYNE, Ind. – February 22, 2011 – Effective March 5, 2011, Super Shot will relocate its north clinic to Parkview FirstCare, 3909 New Vision Drive, Fort Wayne.
This new site is located off Diebold Road near I-69 and Dupont Road. Hours for this weekly Saturday clinic are 9 am to noon.
The previous north site was housed at RediMed/Business Health, 315 E. Cook Road, Fort Wayne. This Saturday, February 26, will be its last day to operate before picking up at the new location next week.
The organization has simply outgrown the Cook Road space due to current needs and expanded services.
A full 2011 clinic schedule as well as a map of all locations will be accessible on the Super Shot web site (www.supershotinc.org) March 1.
Super Shot—a non-profit, non-governmental program—operates an independent reduced cost immunization program ($8 per shot though no one is turned away for inability to pay; Medicaid accepted) that serves children in Allen and surrounding counties with family friendly hours and convenient locations. Last year, 17,377 children received 48,646 immunizations through this program.
