Indiana pregame against Purdue

The Indiana men’s basketball team takes a four-game losing streak into today’s meeting with Purdue.

The Hoosiers lost 67-53 at Purdue on Feb. 5. IU freshman Will Sheehey had a career-high 14 points in the loss.

IU played that game without Christian Watford, who was still recovering from a broken left hand. Watford leads the Hoosiers in scoring, averaging 16.6 points per game.

The first time the teams played, IU did a fairly good job guarding All-American candidate JaJuan Johnson, holding him to 15 points.

E’Twaun Moore had the big night for the Boilermakers, scoring 25 points. Moore is coming off a fantastic 38-point performance Sunday against Ohio State.
