Notre Dame put its worst offensive half at home behind it to take a 60-48 victory over Seton Hall on Saturday.
The Irish, who only hit 32 percent of their shots in the first half, went 11 of 23 from the floor in the second half and took control of the game with a 13-3 run in the first five minutes of the second half for a 37-30 lead.
Tim Abromaitis scored 22 to lead the No. 9 Irish (23-5, 12-4 Big East), and Ben Hansbrough added 21.
Jeff Robinson scored 16 for the Pirates (11-17, 5-11), and Jeremy Hazell added 14.
