This year, only Bishop Luers represented the Summit City and won the Class 2A state title 59-46 over Brownstown Central.
The first session, which Luers played in, drew 4,341 and the second session was down to 3,678 despite having the bigger schools in 3A and 4A.
Vincennes Rivet won the Class A title, Evansville Memorial in 3A and Jeffersonville in 4A.
