Easter Egg Bone Hunt is April 23

Statement issued by Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control:

Easter egg hunts aren’t just for children anymore! Dogs everywhere are invited to join the fun at the fourth annual Easter Bone Hunt sponsored by Happy Dogs Daycare to support pet adoptions at Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control.

The event will be held at Franke Park on Saturday, April 23. Registration will be held inside pavilion one starting at 12 p.m. The Bone Hunt starts at 1:30 p.m. Dogs are admitted with a $10 donation to Animal Care & Control to then hunt for treat filled Easter eggs and qualify for prize baskets. Everyone will enjoy dog-friendly games, meeting vendors and the Easter Bunny. More prizes available with raffle tickets to increase funding for homeless animals.
