I put the camera on the ground, angled it up a little and then shot blind. I say blind because I wasn't looking through the camera. I would have had to lie on my stomach in the middle of the road to have accomplished that. It's not that I not I'm not dedicated enough to lay down a wet road. I just didn't want to take the chance of a car running me over.
I set the exposure to manual mode so that the sky won't throw off the exposure and used fill flash because it was a rainy day. This added some contrast to the image.
