I shot this portrait of Barbara Olenyik Morrow, a former JG editorial writer, to go with a story about her new young adult book, "Nature's Storyteller: The Life of Gene Stratton-Porter.

I took strobes with me to shot this portrait, but I ended up shooting this with available light when I saw that the whole room was surrounded by windows.

I shot from this angle to show the Gene Stratton-Porter books that were used to help with the research.
