Of course, lifting the lockout doesn't actually mean lifting the lockout. The NFL will almost certainly file for an immediate stay to make arguments as to why the game should be shut down indefinitely, so no matter what Judge Nelson has ruled, the lockout is still likely a lockout. At least for now.
