TinCaps defeat Lansing

The TinCaps scored a season-high seven runs in the sixth inning on the way to a 12-4 victory against Lansing in front of 4,646 fans Thursday at Parkview Field.

Tommy Medica and Jake Blackwood both had three hits for Fort Wayne. Two of Blackwood's hits came in the sixth inning.

Medica and Chris Bisson both drove in three runs.

Fort Wayne improved to 11-17. Lansing fell to 17-10.
