Concordia softball plays 3

The Concordia softball team played a tripleheader Saturday against two teams. The Cadets split a doubleheader at Churubusco, while beating DeKalb at home.

A scheduled game at Churubusco turned into a doubleheader. Churubusco won the first game, 5-1, while Concordia won the nightcap 12-1.

The Cadets then traveled back to their home diamond and beat DeKalb 4-1 in a makeup game.

Olivia Wellman picked up a loss against Churubusco and a win against DeKalb.

Emily Hockemeyer had a home run and scored three times in the second game against the Eagles, and then had three hits in the game vs. the Barons.
