Fort Wayne scored three runs in the ninth inning to tie Tuesday's game with Clinton at 3.
Tommy Medica knocked in a run with a double. His hit placed runners on second and third with one out.
Clinton closer Tyler Burgoon struck out the next two batters. With Wes Cunningham up, Burgoon threw a pitch that Steven Baron couldn't handle. Luis Domoromo scored on the passed ball.
Cunningham then hit a grounder to second. The ball went through Stefen Romero's legs for an error. Medica scored to tie the game.
Fort Wayne manager Shawn Wooten and catcher Emmanuel Quiles were ejected in the bottom of the eighth. Quiles appeared to beat a throw to first on a double play, but was called out by first base umpire Dane Ratajski. Wooten argued with Ratajski, who threw him out of the game. Home plate umpire Mario Seneca ejected Quiles, who was still upset with the call once he reached Fort Wayne's dugout.
