  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Merry-Go-Round

Camera: NIKON D2H

Shutter: 1/200 s

Aperture: f/11

Exposure Setting: Manual (Pattern Metering)

ISO: 400

Strobe Flash: Did Not Fire

Lens Focal Length: 25 mm

White Balance: Auto

Editor's Note: Laura did a good job here of handling a tricky lighting situation. Judging from the shadows, part of the merry-go-round is in the shade and part of it is in bright sunshine. By shooting straight down, Laura still had a wide range of sun and shadow in her shot, but she didn't have to worry about an ultra-bright background blowing out her image.

Photos of children playing are more difficult to take than it seems. Sometimes, the longer you stay, the more comfortable everyone gets. Sometimes, the kids get tired of this extra person hanging around.
