This week, I chat with Pamela Wynne of FlintKnits.com. The free knitting pattern this week is the end of the third part of Gina's Afghan.
Gina's Afghan
This is a pretty simple chart for the end of the third strip. Once, again, all together, I made this strip by working:
Cast on and set-up rows, Chart 13 once, Chart 14 twice, Chart 13 once, Chart 15 once, Chart 13 once, Chart 14 twice, Chart 13 once, Chart 16 once and cast off.
Casting Off
I learned the tubular cast off from TECHknitting. I suggest you do, too. It's lovely, and not very hard.

I had a great time talking with Pam about her February Lady Sweater, what it was like to work with Schoolhouse Press, and the history of knitting (actually we mostly talked about how we both like the history of knitting). She goes by flintknits on Ravelry. Go tell her that her ravatar is awesome.
Quote of the week: "...even the wobbly, loose, drunk rows..."
