Verbatim: Fireworks demo shoot tonight

Phantom Fireworks issued this statement:

The Phantom Fireworks showroom in Fort Wayne is holding its annual product demonstration shoot, tonight, at the Allen County Fairgrounds. The product shoot is open and free to anyone who would like to attend.

The product shoot is an annual event held by all Phantom Fireworks showrooms’ to show both employees and customers the new products for this season. It is a great way to premier some new items that are being debuted by the consumer fireworks giant.

“This event is great for our employees because they have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and expertise on all of the products we offer in our showroom,” said Manager Travis Miller. “The same goes for our customers. They have the chance to see our new lines before they make their purchases for the Fourth of July. It is also a great opportunity to stress the importance of all the safety procedures and practices that we teach all of the consumers that use our products.”

In 2009, over 213 million pounds of fireworks were consumed, and it is events like the product demonstration shoots that help promote the expanding products line of the consumer fireworks industry.

“People are always astonished at the phenomenal effects that our products produce,” said Miller. “It is always great to hear the reaction from our consumers when they tell us that our products exceeded the expectations they had when they think about a consumer fireworks.”

The product demonstration shoot is scheduled to start at dusk at the Allen County Fairgrounds, 2726 Carroll Road, Fort Wayne, Ind. The Fort Wayne showroom will remain open until 11:00 p.m. following the shoot. Any questions regarding the shoot can be directed toward Manager Travis Miller at 260-489-5607.
