  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play

Today's feature photo was at the Whitley County Historical Museum's Civil War Camp. In all the years I have worked here, I have never covered anything at this museum. I am really pleased that I was able to cover their camp.

It had been raining all day, but had just stopped raining when I showed up. The campers were heading outside for drill practice. Later they danced the Virginia reel. They were having fun so I tried to show this in the photo.
