TinCaps trail after seven innings

Lake County leads Fort Wayne 9-1 after seven innings Saturday at Parkview Field.

Mike Rayl limited the TinCaps to one hit in his six innings. Tyler Stubblefield singled in the second inning. Rayl struck out eight batters.

Lake County scored three times on wild pitches and another run on a passed ball.

The TinCaps collected their second hit in the seventh inning. Jake Blackwood doubled to left, scoring Rico Noel.
