Keyvius Sampson looks to rebound from his worst outing of the year today against West Michigan.

Sampson is 7-2 with a 3.50 ERA on the year. But he failed to get out of the third inning on June 28 at Lake County. He gave up seven runs on five hits, walking three in a 13-3 loss to the Captains.

Before the game, the TinCaps placed pitcher Matt Jackson placed was placed on the disabled list with an oblique injury retroactive to July 1. Fort Wayne added right-handed pitcher Dennis O'Grady to the roster from the Arizona League Padres.
