Only a month old, and this cub has something in its sights.The wren parents have been run ragged. This past week their babies keep demanding more food. I hear them constantly chirping in their nesting box and have been watching the parents coming and going frantically looking for bugs.
Last night when I came home all was quiet. I guess they got too demanding and were shoved out on their own. In the four years I have had this wren house, I have yet to see baby wrens leaving their nests. In fact I don't think I have ever seen a baby wren.
