Foot Traffic

  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Shooter's Comments:

I went two Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival events that had either been canceled or marked wrong on the events calendar. Fortunately the Children Festival at IPFW was going on as planned.

There is a little too much space between the kids and Freddie the Firetruck, but he was squirting water at them and I really like the smiles on their face.
