As hundreds of cyclists poured through the Summit City, there was hope that the event would not only bring some exercise and entertainment to the participants but hopefully a changed view of the community in general.Fort Wayne radio station 101.7-FM announced Tuesday that it will give away free bottles of water to the public at Buckner Park on Bass on Wednesday afternoon.
It said the water will be given away from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., while supplies last.
