IceMen reach a deal

After months of negotiations, the Evansville IceMen and a new downtown arena have reached a lease agreement, and the team will be able to play there this season, the IceMen's second in the CHL.

The sides had been at an impasse about how much the IceMen would pay to use the arena, and whether they would get a share of concessions.

Details on the lease weren't available.

This should clear the way for release of a CHL schedule in the coming days.
