Matt Jackson gave up one unearned run in six innings as Fort Wayne topped Bowling Green 6-3 in front of 1,468 fans Thursday at Parkview Field.

Local connection: Bishop Luers graduate Kevin Kiermaier went 0 for 2 with a sac bunt for Bowling Green. He also got hit by a pitch. Kiermaier threw out a runner at the plate in the fifth inning.
