Shooter's Comments:T im Milligan, Navy veteran and retired teacher from Christiansburg, OH, and his wife Sharon have been hitting the festival and show circuit for more than 40 years. They were unpacking their wares in a large tent for this weekend's Johnny Appleseed Festival.

He sews all the leather clothing himself. The Milligans were among several craftsmen setting up their portable stores for the weekend in the Trappers and Traders section of the campground, and most of them will be sleeping in their tents.
