Indiana leads at halftime

Indiana leads South Carolina State 24-7 at halftime Saturday at Memorial Stadium.

Edward Wright-Baker threw a 30-yard touchdown to Duwyce Wilson in the back left corner for IU's first score. The play was originally ruled an incomplete pass. After a video review, the officials switched the call to a touchdown.

Stephen Houston scored on a 2-yard run to extend the lead to 14-0.

Derrick Wiley threw a 69-yard touchdown pass to Tyler McDonald to cut IU's lead to 14-7.

Matt Perez scored on a 1-yard run with 33 seconds left in the quarter to give the Hoosiers a 21-7 lead.

The Hoosiers added a 26-yard field goal by Mitch Ewald in the second quarter.

Wright-Baker threw for 208 yards. He completed 17 of 22 passes. Wilson has four catches for 81 yards.
