Notre Dame will be taking on Pittsburgh in Heinz Field at noon today.
The Irish (1-2) are coming off their first win of the season, while the Panthers (2-1) are trying to put a loss to Iowa in which it had a 17-point fourth quarter lead behind them.
I like the Irish in this one because even though the win over Michigan State wasn't perfect, Notre Dame moved in the right direction.
After two first-quarter turnovers, the Irish didn't turn the ball over until late in the fourth against the Spartans. That has been Notre Dame's No. 1 problem – turnovers.
If the Irish continue to cut down on those, they could put together a season that so many were predicting.
So prediction for today, Notre Dame only has two turnovers and defeats Pitt 28-14.
