Foot Traffic

  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Shooter's Comments: Photographing Taiko drummers is usually a test of one's will, simply because of the incessant noise. But there were only two drummers here, in a small room at the Community Center, plus only one volunteer student. Luckily, they decided to work at a single drum, so I didn't have to deal with spacing issues between the three women.
