  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play

Shooter's Comments: Church services are usually difficult to cover because I want to remain as unobtrusive as possible. But I saw this little girl before the service started and talked with her parents about taking her photo. Kids in church: they're all over the place. So, I just waited in the rear of the sanctuary for Fernanda to do her thing.
