Drouin clears waivers

P.C. Drouin, who was released by the Komets on Thursday, has cleared waivers.

Also, the CHL confirmed there is a rule prohibiting teams from reacquiring a player through trade less than a year after they traded him to that team. So the Komets could not have gotten Craig Cescon through trade from Wichita.
