The host with the least

OK, so I don't believe in jinxes anymore than the next guy.

(I'm also not a Cubs fan, which might explain why I don't believe in jinxes).

But anyway, an interesting graphic popped up on the screen last night in the middle of the Colts hitting that iceberg in New Orleans and sinking 62-7 on national TV.

The graphic noted that it's been 11 years since a team whose city was hosting the Super Bowl had a winning record during the same season. Indianapolis, of course, is hosting the big game this year. And the Colts, of course, are now 0-7, thanks primarily to Peyton Manning having to sit out for the first time in his 14 seasons.
