Shooter's Comments: I wish there had been a block like the one on Third Street back when I was a little trick-or-treater. The entire 600 block is decked out with decorations. From bodies hanging from trees to bloody bodies on stretchers. I took a bunch of photos, so it was hard to pick one. I think the above photo about sums it up.
