IPFW leads Judson at half, 43-26

I was close.

In the previous blog, I had IPFW scoring 46 points in the first half of its Monday night game against Judson. The Mastodons scored 43. It would've been 46 had freshman Joe Edwards' three-point shot at the buzzer dropped.

This isn't IPFW's sharpest game, but it's playing good enough to pound Judson.

Even though Judson has just 26 points, there have been momentary defensive lapses for IPFW.

The guy who put a spark into the Mastodons was freshman back-up point guard Isaiah McCray, who has three points, two assists, but six rebounds.

Frank Gaines leads IPFW with 10 points, while Trey McCorkle and Mario Hines have eight points each.

Back at the end.

Steve Warden blogs all things IPFW.
