  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play

Shooter's Comments: So, Wednesday we all woke up to a snow and ice mix. I went to my mailbox this morning before work and fell on the ice, screaming in fear, but I didn't break anything. Luckily, I came out of it with just a cut on my finger.

Anyways, I drove around looking for a winter feature. Here is this guy all bundled up with his brand new snow blower. "Works like a champ," he said to me. I noticed a pattern in the snow and wanted the eye to follow it to the action of him snow blowing.
