Clarification

Because of an editing error, a Page 1A story Thursday about construction deadlines for The Harrison project was unclear. A non-binding agreement between the new developers and the city set Wednesday as the original deadline for groundbreaking. But the final, binding agreement between the parties gave no specific date for when work must begin, instead tying it to the completion of financing.
