Purdue trails at halftime

Purdue has looked sluggish and trails Western Carolina 29-21 at halftime Wednesday at Mackey Arena.

The Boilermakers are shooting just 23.3 percent from the floor (7 of 30). The Boilermakers are 2 of 10 on three-point shooting. Robbie Hummel leads the team with nine points (he is 2 of 8 from the floor).

Keaton Cole leads Western Carolina with eight points. He has made two three pointers.

Purdue has to do a better job attacking the basket. The Boilermakers also have to do a better job rebounding. Western Carolina is out-rebounding Purdue 21-18.
