Greetings from Mackey

WEST LAFAYETTE - So far, so good for IPFW. Boilermaker Pete hasn't attacked the Mastodon - yet.

We're a few minutes from tipoff, and IPFW is a clear underdog against Purdue inside Mackey Arena, where the Boilermakers have won 24 consecutive games.

The last time Purdue lost at home in a non-conference game was on Dec. 2, 2008, when it lost to Duke.

IPFW needs to stay close early just to keep everyone interested.

I'll check in at the half.
