Not as scripted for K's

The Texas Brahmas supposedly had a wretched power play.

It doesn't look like it right now.

After falling behind on Fort Wayne defenseman Bryant Molle's first professional goal, the Brahmas have scored twice on power plays and once on a delayed penalty with an extra attacker coming on for a 3-1 lead.

Texas ranks 13th of 14 teams on the power play with an efficiency of 12.1 percent. On the road, it's last at 12.5 percent. The Komets' penalty killers rank eighth with 81 percent efficiency, and they're third at killing penalties at home (86.5 percent).

Fort Wayne's David Starenky took a particularly bad penalty, in my opinion, when he punched a guy in the face, who was really kind of vulnerable at the time.
