  • Let the training begin!
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and never have I banked on those words as much as I have when picking out a training plan for Fort4Fitness.
  • In training: Meet Tami
Meet Tami Brigle. She is a northwest Ohio resident who works in Fort Wayne. She began running a little more than a year ago, starting with Couch to 5K. Running helped her lose 55 pounds (she's lost 105 pounds total).
  • Triple play
If one is good and two is better, what does that make three? I'd be inclined to say crazy but others might call it a challenge.

Shooter's Comments:

This is the second time this week that I have covered the Winter Wonderland Camp at Lutheran Health Sports Center, 3869 Ice Way. I handed in a photo on Tuesday of skaters, but we didn't have room in the paper to run the shot.

We don't know actually how much space will be in the newspaper until all of the ads are in. My job is to shoot various daily photos, so that we are prepared for whatever space we end up having. It is part of my job, so I understand how this goes, but for the various groups and individuals we are covering, this can be disappointing.

On Thursday, I gave the skaters another opportunity. Hopefully there will be room to run this depending on breaking news and space in Friday's paper.
