Make that six players on the Mad Ants roster who were in NBA training camps earlier this month.
In addition to the five Ants who recently returned to the team from training camps, the acquisition of 6-foot-7 guard Darington Hobson from the Milwaukee Bucks makes it an even half dozen.
Hobson, who played for former Indiana University standout Steve Alford at New Mexico, was the 37th pick of the 2010 NBA draft, but didn't play last season due to hip surgeries. He was sent to the Mad Ants, Milwaukee's D-League affiliate, yesterday.
The Ants (4-7) bring a three-game losing streak into tonight's game at Memorial Coliseum against Los Angeles (9-6).
The D-Fenders have the second-leading scorer in the NBA D-League with Brandon Costner, a 6-9 forward from North Carolina State who owns a 25.0 scoring average.
