A collision between a tractor-trailer rig and a car Friday afternoon set cattle loose in Huntington County near Warren.

The sheriff's department confirmed about 3:15 p.m. that cattle escaped after the crash on Interstate 69 about a mile north of Indiana 5.

Southbound lanes are likely to be restricted and some traffic might be rerouted.

No further information was immediately available.
