The Whitley County Economic Development Corp. received “Best in the Midwest” recognition from the Mid-America Economic Development Council for its Talking Points newsletter.

Extension Inc.,

which offers software solutions, achieved record quarterly growth by adding 17 new hospital systems in the third quarter and 18 net new customers in the fourth quarter. It also has quadrupled its workforce over the past two years.

Sterling Contracting LLC won the contract for the concrete package for the Mishawaka Mainstreet assisted living facility, for which Meyer Najem is the general contractor.
