The Leo girls could be getting a boost with the return of senior center Sarah Wilder.
Out for three weeks because of an ACL injury, the center could return this week for the ACAC tournament if the Lions keep advancing.
"We are getting her back," Leo coach Carrie Shappell said. "No meniscus tear, and she passed the test (Tuesday) at physical therapy. She has to pass our sports trainer's test. She is a tough kid. I have not seen a kid come back so fast. She is a senior, and she wants to be on the court.
"I don't anticipate having her (Wednesday), but by Saturday we will have her."
The first game Wilder missed was a 56-41 loss to Angola on Dec. 28. The Lions (12-2) are 2-2 without Wilder.
"We have been trying to finding ourselves a little bit," Shappell said. "You play through adversity."
