IU trails Minnesota at halftime

Minnesota has made six three-pointers and leads Indiana 37-34 at halftime Thursday at Assembly Hall.

The Gophers are 6 of 13 from three-point territory. IU, ranked No. 7 nationally, is just 1 of 8.

Minnesota used back-to-back three-pointers to build a 29-20 lead. IU fought back and took the lead at 30-29 on a Will Sheehey jumper. Sheehey returned to action after missing five games with an ankle injury.

Austin Hollins hit two three-pointers to push the Gophers back ahead 37-32. Hollins leads Minnesota with eight points.

Cody Zeller has 10 points to lead IU. Sheehey has eight points.
