An anonymous tip led to the arrest this weekend of two Claypool-area men accused of making methamphetamine.

The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force said a meth lab and five pounds of marijuana were seized in the 400 block of South Maple Street in Warsaw about 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

Warsaw police officers followed up on the tip and found a one-pot method meth lab, items commonly used to make meth, as well as the pot in the residence, according to a statement from the task force.

It said Richard Ray Reynolds, 23, of the 8500 block of Packerton Road, was preliminarily charged with felony manufacturing methamphetamine, felony possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of meth precursors. Kaleb Hobbs, 20, of the 4200 block of Scott Road, was preliminarily charged with felony possession and manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Bond had not been set as of Monday morning, the statement said.
