Coach Al Sims and captain Colin Chaulk retired, and now so has the goaltender who backstopped them to four championships between 2008 and 2012.It seems as if former Komets forward Justin Chwedoruk, who had 16 goals and 33 points in 66 games with Fort Wayne in 2009-10, when the Komets won their last IHL championship, is faring well with the Quad City Mallards.
He played there before, in 2006-07.
