Plea entered in credit card case

Another member of a local fraudulent credit card ring pleaded guilty in Allen Superior Court.

Terrell M. Henry, 34, pleaded guilty last week to a charge of corrupt business influence.

He admitted to being part of a ring that used phony credit cards, made by Joseph “Kilo” Henderson in Chicago, to buy items from retailers.

The fraud ring allegedly involved Jason Caley, 39; Wyatt Henry, 32; and Carl Henry, 53; Felicia Jones; Terrell Henry, 34; Danielle Loraine, 33; Constance Henry, 58; and Anthony Henry, 49. The last three remain at large and are believed to be in Iowa.

Four members of the group have pleaded guilty and received their sentences.

Under the terms of his plea agreement, Terrell Henry must pay $60,000 in restitution.

He will serve no more than two years in prison, Community Corrections or work release, according to court documents.

He will be sentenced in March.
