Shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday, the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police were on the scene of an injury accident with a person trapped in the vehicle on Indiana 69 northbound at the 123-mile marker.
Emergency units were on the scene, and the right lane was closed, according to the notice posted by the state police.
