Growling is a dog's way of communicating to us that something is making him uncomfortable.Most dog owners' immediate reaction is to punish the dog for growling.Ezeji, the newest giraffe at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, was introduced to the public Thursday.
He is the second male in the zoo's herd, which now numbers eight giraffes, including two born here.
The zoo opens for the 2012 season April 21.
