Two for one

Now it's the women's turn.

IPFW's men's basketball team ended a four-game losing streak inside the Gates Center last Thursday with a 75-66 victory over North Dakota State. We'll see if the Mastodons women can end a two-game slide when they face South Dakota State at 4:30 p.m.

It will be the first game of a doubleheader inside the Gates Center. The men's teams from IPFW and SDSU will play at 7 p.m.

IPFW's women trail in the all-time series with South Dakota State, 15-1, with the only win coming a year ago in Brookings, S.D.

The teams met earlier this season at South Dakota, and lost 81-58.
