  • Ouellet back for K's
The Komets will have Dean Ouellet back tonight for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Reading Royals. He missed the last 17 games with a concussion.
  • Priming Game 3
The Reading Royals are the defending champions of the ECHL, and it would be naïve of the Komets to think it would be easy to unseat them.
  • Clarke is K's Mr. Steady
The Komets rely on their veterans to temper the enthusiasm of the highs and get through the frustration of the lows. And no one in the locker room is more even keel than Aaron Clarke, a 31-year-old forward.

Radio broadcast canceled; K's must smarten up

Due to illness, Komets broadcaster Bob Chase did not make the trip to Moline, Ill., today and there will be no radio broadcast of the game against the Quad City Mallards on WOWO, 1190 AM.

You can catch the game, however, at www.komets.com on the KometCast. They will have Mallards announcer Brian Lavelle calling the game.
