Chase out sick, won't call tonight's Komets game

Komets broadcaster Bob Chase, who is ill, will miss a second straight game tonight when the Komets play host to the Dayton Gems at Memorial Coliseum.

There was no local radio coverage of Friday's game at Moline, Ill. Tonight's game will be called on WOWO, 1190 AM, by Jim Shovlin.

Chase is in his 59th season broadcasting Fort Wayne games.
